Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Hot Match Collectables may offer purchase options such as pre-orders, backorders, deposits, delayed fulfilment products, or other products that are not immediately available for dispatch.

By purchasing an item using a purchase option, you agree to the terms shown on the product page at the time of purchase, including any estimated arrival date, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and fulfilment timing.

Pre-Orders and Delayed Fulfilment

Pre-order and delayed fulfilment items are products ordered before they arrive in stock.

Estimated arrival dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ETAs may change due to supplier delays, manufacturer delays, freight delays, customs processing, allocation changes, assortment changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

We update product pages when new ETA information becomes available.

Cancellations

Cancelled purchase option orders, including pre-orders, may incur a 15% cancellation fee.

This fee helps cover payment processing fees, admin time, stock allocation, handling, and other costs associated with processing and cancelling an order.

Exceptions may apply where:

• A product is cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier
• We are unable to supply the item
• A delay becomes unusually long
• We approve an exception at our discretion
• Australian Consumer Law requires a different outcome

Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items have arrived, or may be split into separate shipments depending on the order, stock availability, release dates, and shipping charges calculated at checkout.

If checkout charges shipping separately and you would prefer your order to ship together, please contact us at info@hotmatchcollectables.com. Where possible, we can remove or refund the second postage charge and hold the order until all items are ready to ship.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
